The Senior Account Executive has day-to-day leadership and project management
responsibility for all assigned accounts. The Senior Account Executive is the
primary liaison between the primary Client contact(s) and the agency. The Senior
Account Executive has responsibility to ensure the Agency delivers the highest
possible quality product.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Managing day-to-day activities of assigned accounts
- Facilitate digital projects on behalf of Client
- Ensuring Client needs and priorities are being driven and met by the agency
Responsibilities include:
- Executing the day-to-day activities of assigned accounts in accordance with timelines and budgets
- Work as a liaison between client teams and the creative and digital teams to ensure resources are appropriately allocated across projects
- Leading the account teams to align consumer desires/behavior with client brand objectives to create marketing opportunities both online and offline
- Spotting trends and technologies that will play a role in consumers’ lives today and in the future
- Developing positive working relationships with key client contacts providing thought leadership to position Integer as an expert in content strategy and development, both online and offline
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years related agency experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience digital marketing background
- Strong business acumen and can quickly understand client opportunities and challenges in order to develop strategies that meet client needs.
- Strong verbal, written, and communication skills. Good grammar, spelling, punctuation, and attention to detail a must
- Possesses strong organizational and team-building skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and meet project deadlines
- Knowledge and experience with a range of digital communication methods
- Understanding of the analytic, technical, creative and strategic influences on project planning, implementation and measurement
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- Desire to work closely with the Account, Creative and Digital teams to develop innovative strategies and breakthrough communications
- Disciplined and analytical thinker and creative problem solver
- Travel is a requirement of this position. Based on client assignments and needs, the time spent traveling fluctuates from month to month from 10% – over 50%.
