OPPORTUNITY:
QA Graphics is seeking a motivated Flash Developer Level II to begin a full-time position at the company’s office in Ankeny. Applicants must be able to work productively with minimal supervision, and act as a leader within a team atmosphere.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position will be responsible for developing and debugging a variety of Flash applications utilizing our 3D and graphic design services. The designer must be proficient in Flash, with the ability to stage assets. Experience designing for touchscreen applications is a plus, as many of QA Graphics’ projects are utilized on touchscreens.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified candidates should have a solid understanding of the Adobe Flash platform plus the following skills:
. 2 or more years of experience working as a full-time Flash developer
. ActionScript 3.0
. An understanding of HTML/CSS
. Good communication skills
. Understands usability issues
. Great attention to detail (especially during verifications)
. Independent problem solving skills
. Willingness to learn new skills, as needed
. Ability to work productively with minimal supervision
. Makes responsible decisions that are considerate of time lines, milestones, and budget
. Stays up-to-date on industry trends
Additional skills are a plus:
. Experience in integrating XML with Flash
. Experience with SVN
. Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks and Dreamweaver is a plus
